1. SERVICES<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Pristine Clean provides professional residential cleaning services according to the service selected by the client. Services may
include Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In\/Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, and
specialty cleaning services. The services included in each cleaning will be confirmed before service begins<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.REGULAR CLEANING<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Regular cleaning generally includes dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms,
cleaning kitchen surfaces, exterior appliance cleaning, mirrors, doors and accessible areas, and emptying trash. Regular
cleaning is intended to maintain an already maintained home and does not include heavy buildup or extensive neglected areas<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. DEEP CLEANING<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Deep Cleaning is a more detailed service and may include baseboards, doors and frames, light fixtures, blinds, cabinet exteriors,
detailed bathrooms and kitchen areas, cobweb removal, and additional dust and buildup removal. Deep Cleaning may require
additional time or more than one day depending on the home.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Oven interior, refrigerator interior, cabinet interiors, interior windows, laundry, garage cleaning, organization, closets, extra
bedrooms, and other special requests may be available for an additional charge.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. PRICING<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Pricing is based on the size of the home, number of rooms and bathrooms, condition of the property, cleaning frequency, and\nservices requested. If the condition of the home is substantially different from what was described when the estimate was\nprovided, the price may be adjusted before cleaning begins.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. PAYMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Payment is due on the day of service unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. Additional services
requested during or after the cleaning may result in an additional charge.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

We kindly request at least 24\u201348 hours\u2019 notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A last-minute cancellation or lockout may result
in a cancellation fee as disclosed or agreed upon before service.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the home. If no one will be home, a key, access code, garage\ncode, or other secure method of entry must be provided. If our team cannot access the property, a fee may apply.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9. PETS\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Pets should be secured when necessary for the safety of the team and the animal. Pristine Clean is not responsible for pets that\nescape while the team is entering or leaving the property.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10. PERSONAL & VALUABLE ITEMS\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Clients are encouraged to secure jewelry, cash, important documents, collectibles, antiques, and other valuable or fragile items.\nPlease notify our team about items requiring special care.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

11. CLUTTER & ORGANIZATION\n\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Cleaning is not a full organizing service. Excessive clutter may prevent certain areas from being properly cleaned. Organization\ncan be requested as an additional service.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

12. SAFETY<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

For the safety of our team, Pristine Clean may refuse or discontinue service if the property contains hazardous chemicals,\nsevere pest or rodent infestation, human or animal waste, dangerous conditions, excessive biohazard materials, or other serious\nhealth and safety risks.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

13. DAMAGES & SPECIAL SURFACES<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Our team takes reasonable care when cleaning. Clients should disclose fragile surfaces, special materials, delicate finishes, or
items requiring special treatment before cleaning. If accidental damage is reported, the company will review the circumstances
and determine an appropriate resolution.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

14. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

15. ACCESSIBLE AREAS<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Our team cleans areas that are reasonably and safely accessible. We do not move extremely heavy furniture or objects when

16. WEATHER & EMERGENCIES<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

In severe weather, unsafe road conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, an appointment may
need to be rescheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the client promptly.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

17. RESPECT & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Pristine Clean is committed to a respectful and professional relationship with every client. Harassment, threats, abusive
behavior, discrimination, or unsafe conduct toward our team will not be tolerated. The company reserves the right to discontinue
